In her latest Youtube video, Dr. Pimple is back with a popular series — her “Steatocystoma Skittles.” The videos see a patient with a condition known as steatocystoma multiplex where multiple benign cysts, typically filled with a yellow, oil-like substance appear on the body. The dermatologist and TLC host — whose real name is Dr. Sandra Lee — takes out several in the new upload including one that reaches up from the skin like a “hand.”
While Dr. Lee pops multiple cysts in the new video, it’s a sizable one atop her patient’s forehead that may be the most satisfying for her “popaholic” fans. The dermatologist creates an incision over the top of the cyst then uses her fingers to squeeze the steatocystoma’s inside free. As she applies pressure, yellow-toned contents rise forth from the bump, and according to the doctor, it looks just like a hand coming out.
As the contents come out, someone in the room says it looks like a hand. Dr. Lee responds that she saw the same thing adding, “It was like a little hand. Help me! Let me give you a hand. Pull me out!”
