During this past year I’ve had a horrible time sleeping. I’d wake up every two hours no matter what. I don’t completely associate the smoking with the trouble sleeping part but I guess it ended up not helping like I thought it would (I’d try smoking more before bed thinking it’d help). Last night was my sixth day of not smoking and I slept for 3 hours then 4 hours! Also, I’ve noticed that I’m now dreaming which I’m sure is because I’m getting rem sleep or close to it. I’m a 53 year old male. Has anybody experienced anything like this? I’m starting to feel somewhat normal and my thinking/memory seems to be getting better, too. Any thoughts are appreciated.
